Long term rentals (over 4 weeks) between Nov-May are charged as follows:

1 bedroom         £110    Per Week

                 Terms & Conditions  

 

-A cleaning charge of £40 applies per booking (not per week).

 

-Booking deposite £100 , Remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

 

-Deposite must be received within 7 working days to secure booking.

 

-Arrivals 3pm & Departures 10.30am ,however there are some exemption 

to the rules whenever possible.

 

-Apartments are suitable for couples / families & retired individuals.
